Akshamala Tech Services (OPC) Private Limited was launched on 11th February’2019 by an eminent Academician Prof.Dr.Chandramouleeswaran Mahadevan as Sole Subscriber with the mission to enhance the quality of education and provide training, particularly for the upliftment of rural youth in Tamil Nadu. He focuses on integrating value education and advanced training methodologies, often leveraging partnerships with professionals to improve skills and employability among rural students.
Having served in a Rural College for over 33 Years, he is always into the upliftment of the Rural Youth. He has vast experience in understanding the need and pulse of the Student Community. During his service as a Professor, he had guided many scholars brought the research skills of the Rural Professors. Also, he has vast experience in Curriculum planning to Assessment of Faculties as well as Students. He has kindled many young Students to follow his path in Academic line.
The Director, Natarajan Mahadevan, is a Post Graduate in Mathematics from School of Mathematics, Madurai Kamaraj University with a few Certificates / Diplomas in Computers /Systems/Management from Annamalai University and Bharathiyar University, who is in the Computer / IT Industry since 1987 as Computer and solution marketing expert at various levels including Learning and Development. He is in the Education and Training Industry since 1995 and was running C-DAC Gist PACE Training Centres and Academic / Computer Study Centre for Madurai Kamaraj University in three districts. In 2005 he took charge as Designated / State Coordinator of C-DAC Gist PACE for the State of Tamilnadu and Puducherry.
Since then he is working as a bridge for Industry Institutions connect by offering Training / Internship / Project Incubation / Placement, etc. through Seminars, Invited Talks, Guest Lectures and Special lectures on Subjects as well as Career Development and Guidance at various Engineering Colleges, Arts & Science Colleges, Deemed Universities and a few State Universities. He has well established Contacts with many Academic Institutions in Tamilnadu and Puducherry and a few in Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh. His counterparts (Authorized Regional Coordinators) are spread across the Country.
Our journey began with the establishment of our inaugural training centre in Paramathi Velur, a rural village in Salem District. Founded alongside Akshara Computers Private Limited in January 1994, this centre was a pioneering effort in bringing computer and information technology education to rural youth.
Initiated by Shri G.A. Mahadevan, a distinguished educator dedicated to providing education to rural communities, this centre aimed to make computer education accessible and affordable. It addressed the disparity in technological exposure among rural youth, empowering them with essential skills that were once out of reach.
The Year C-DAC introduced a country-wide training Programme for Advancing Computer Education (PACE) under Gist banner, the said Training Centre at Paramathi Velur became Authorized Training Center (ATC) for C-DAC GIST PACE. Since then the Organization works together with C-DAC Gist PACE to help people to learn World Class Information Technology and become self reliant.
The Organization became the Designated / State Coordinator for C-DAC GIST PACE for Tamilnadu and Puducherry by opening a New Branch at Chennai. Since then it is functioning as the Authorized Regional Coordinator (ARC) for the Multilingual Programme of C-DAC Gist PACE, headed by Shri.M.NATARAJAN, who is in the IT Industry since 1987. As an ARC, Akshara Computers Private Limited Monitors overall activities of C-DAC Gist PACE and builds the image of Gist-PACE programme as described by C-DAC. The Organization provides complete support to the existing ATCs spread across Tamilnadu and Puducherry, develops ATC Network for C-DAC Gist PACE and works for Corporate / Government / Academic Institution tie-ups to implement the Gist-PACE programme.
